What is Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) ?
Emotional Freedom Technique (aka ‘Tapping’) is an evidence-based treatment for the alleviation of physical and emotional pain and disease.
It is excellent for relief of muscular pain, stress, anxiety, PTSD, negative thoughts, negative emotions, depression etc.
It is often referred to as ‘tapping’ or psychological acupressure. It combines a gentle touch or ‘tapping’ with mindful and vocal attention to thoughts and feelings. The dual combination helps your brain to process, calm and correct whatever is troubling you. EFT works with the body’s internal energy systems and gently stimulates acupressure points on the body’s meridians.
I also use EFT to install new mental processes, thinking, feelings, behaviours and habits. EFT is a technique that you can use by yourself.
