I am not a naturally confident presenter and the nerves definitely take over. Alastair dramatically changed the way I think about presenting, combatting the root cause of my fears and helping change the way I mentally prepare. He helped me strip away the negative and unhelpful thoughts and replaced them with confident and positive messages. Suffice to say my last presentation went amazingly well!
