Overview
The debilitating fear of presenting and public speaking is all too common. It’s a fear that stops people from progressing in their careers and lives. This workshop will free you from that fear and allow you to present and speak in public with new confidence and composure.
From the fields of Cognitive Psychology, NLP, CBT and Hypnotherapy, you will be guided through powerful techniques to confront and overcome your fear. You’ll work out how to get a more empowering perspective on ‘caring about what other people think’. Get a mind software upgrade with new ‘life changing’ thinking. Gain a mental confidence boost. And learn how to manage the negative inner voice.
Finally, you will stride into your new life equipped with your own personal Action Plan to embed the changes and release the new confident presenting you.

Who’s the workshop for
For those who would give themselves a score of 7/10 or above on the ‘fear’ scale, where 10/10 means “I’m terrified” and 1/10 means that “I’m super calm” about presenting and speaking in public
For those with acute anxiety and an incapacitating fear of public speaking and presenting
Symptoms include:
Anxiety build up including sleepless nights preceding
Mood swings, unusual behaviours
Sickness (physical)
Flight or freeze response
Hyperventilation/shortness of breath, shaking, pounding heart, dizziness, stumbling etc

This is NOT a ‘Presentation skills - How to Present Effectively‘ workshop - It’s to overcoming your fear, so you are able to ‘Speak Freely’
Flexible format available for this 8 hour workshop
Either 1 day, 2 x ½ day sessions or 4 x short sessions (between 1.5 – 2.5 hour sessions)
Face 2 Face recommended
Follow up Group Coaching ‘progress’ session a month later.
Each workshop contains a maximum of 6 people to allow for an intimate environment
