LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
Focusing on developing leaders, this programme begins with 360 degree leadership assessment followed a series 1-2-1 leadership coaching sessions to take the leader from good to great.
It contains modules run on a monthly basis on topic picked from: Emotionally Intelligent Leadership, Performance Management, Building Working Relationship (Transaction Analysis), Situational Leadership, High Performing Teams, Performance Culture, Influencing and Impact, Leading Change, Feedback and Conflict etc. The learnings are embedded with 1-2-1 coaching or Action Learning Groups.
