LEADING LIGHTS PROGRAMME

A leadership programme aimed at senior management and ‘next generation’ leaders.

It contains modules run on a monthly basis on topic picked from: Emotionally Intelligent Leadership, Performance Management, Building Working Relationship (Transaction Analysis), Situational Leadership, High Performing Teams, Performance Culture, Influencing and Impact, Leading Change, Feedback and Conflict etc. The learnings are embedded with 1-2-1 coaching or Action Learning Groups.
